    water pressure
    poor service

The shower water pressure was pretty pathetic, but I guess some might say everything else was perfect. Can you believe I had to fill out digital registration? It's like they treat everyone the same-so unexclusive. I woudl ve been delighted with a welcome gift or an upgrade, but alas, no special treatment for me, I suppose.

Overall had relaxing stay for 2 nights. I booked bright comfy room with fireplace. The breakfast with the good black pudding and local ingredients was delicious and great, had so much to choose from. The location was great, for example, Ullapool Museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. All the main shops and shops were right next door. A ferry port was located easy walk to the property.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, local options. However was good, as the Wi-Fi in the room was occasionally weak.

    comfortable room
    limited dining options
    weak wi-fi

Comfortable and tastefully decorated room with a lovely view.

We faced issues with our access code, made checking in stressful. The food options around were severely limited, forcing us to eat in our room. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in our area, which disrupted our connectivity.

    clean room
    luxury bedding
    access issues

Spotlessly clean room with luxury bedding and a cozy decor. Excellent breakfast with local, award-winning products that kept me fueled.

Access issues due to the need for an email code before entry, which could catch you off guard. The Wi-Fi signal in my room struggled, leading to some frustrating disconnects. Limited nearby dining options meant planning ahead for meals.

    luxurious breakfast
    inviting common room
    limited dining options

great hosts but limited dining options

The breakfast featured local award-winning products that were fresh and plentiful, with a great variety of options available. The room was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. I loved spending time in the common room with the fireplace. It added a nice touch of warmth to our stay. My room was well-heated and equipped with high-quality toiletries.

While my overall experience was enjoyable, the dining options nearby could have been better, made meal planning a bit challenging.

    comfortable bed
    great breakfast
    friendly host
    weak wifi
    access code hassle

Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfy with lovely luxury bedding and pillows. Breakfast was amazin with a great choice of fresh fruit, cooked options, and cereals. Natasha was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful . Ullapool is a cute town, lots of nice restaurants and shops around.

The wifi in our room was a bit weak and disconnected sometimes, kind of frustrating. Make sure to check your email for the access code before arriving to avoid any hassle getting in.

    would stay there again.

The Standard Twin Room was comfy with a tv and free toiletries. The entire unit on the ground floor made it easy to access. Loved the warm heating and large shower with shampoo provided. The seating area was nice, and I appreciated the smoke alarm for safety. The breakfast was fresh and filling too.
